Comfort is key. Golf attire is encouraged, but not required. We recommend dressing in comfortable clothing and layers, as September mornings can be cool before warming up throughout the day. Be sure to check the forecast and dress for the weather.

Plan to be at the course no later than 8:30 AM for the 9 AM start. This allows you to find your cart, grab a quick bite, and fill a cooler.

No. Vendors who register together will be paired together whenever possible, but each foursome will also include a Theisen's Store Support Center associate and a store manager. The goal of the outing is to build relationships, strengthen partnerships, and enjoy a fun day on the course together. We all work hard enough already. This day is about connections and camaraderie, not chasing the lowest score.

We will have a light breakfast available and an open bar. Participants are encouraged to grab items before they head to their carts. There will be coolers full of beer, pop, and water throughout the course. You can also refresh your cart as you pass by the clubhouse. There will not be any cart service offered.

The Meadows may have 1 or 2 sets available. Please call the clubhouse at 563-583-7385 to confirm. Now might be a great time to search for a cheap set on Marketplace.

All are welcome and encouraged to participate. If you'd prefer not to golf, you're welcome to ride along or join in on the putting greens (registration is still required). Absolutely! Vendors may participate through sponsorship opportunities such as beverage sponsorships, hole sponsorships, gift sponsorships, lunch sponsorships, and prize donations. Attendance is not required.

Yes. When registering, please add the Golf Gift Sponsor to your cart. You will be asked to describe your item(s) on the next form. We need items to fill the carts, prizes for the hole events, and prizes for teams. Popular gift ideas include company-branded swag, koozies, snacks, golf balls, tees, golf towels, gift cards, coolers, apparel, and outdoor products. 

The event is held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, we may delay, modify, shorten, or cancel the golf portion of the outing if conditions are deemed unsafe.
